Terms of Service

Effective 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the company that operates Build Flow Draw ("we", "us") about your use of Build Flow Draw, including the website, the iPhone and Android apps and the API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you are allowed to.

1. What the Service does

Build Flow Draw helps construction companies track budgets, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, invoices, payments, retainage, lien waivers and draw requests. It keeps records and does calculations. It does not move money, does not give legal, tax or accounting advice, and does not decide on your behalf whether anything should be paid.

2. Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission. Account owners decide who in their company can see and change what, using the roles in the Service.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

New companies get a 14 day free trial without a card. After that, paid plans are billed monthly per active project at the prices shown on the billing page when you subscribe. Prices can change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires it. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores' billing and refund rules.

4. Your data

Everything your company puts into the Service, including project records, financial figures and documents, belongs to your company. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you, keep it secure, and fix problems. We do not sell it. You can export your records and ask us to delete them, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Document scanning and automatic checks

When you scan an invoice or receipt, the Service may send the image to an outside AI provider to read it. Scanned figures can be wrong. The Service shows how sure it is and routes uncertain items for review, and budget, duplicate and matching checks are there to help, but a person on your team must check every amount before it is approved or paid. You are responsible for decisions made with the Service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to store records you have no right to, to send spam, to try to get into other companies' data, to overload or attack the Service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

7. Lien waivers, draws and documents

Lien waiver forms, draw request packages and other documents produced by the Service are templates built from your data. Lien and payment law differs by state. Have them checked by someone qualified before relying on them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. If we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken or the account is unpaid after notice. When an account closes, you will have 30 days to export your records before they are deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them.

10. Responsibility and limits

The Service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell account owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact
